Artisans and businesses operating in the Pembina Valley region are welcome to apply for the directory. Business activities are required to align with federal and provincial laws.

Can I list my business if I don't have a website?

Yes, you will still increase your reach as customers can easily find you.

Can business listings be removed?

Business listings are subject to suspension and termination at the discretion of Pembina Valley Go.

How do I calculate the number of employees at my business?

Calculate the average number of persons employed by your business within the last year. Example: eight (8) full-time and two (2) part-time year-round employees equals nine (9) employees on average.

How do I get my business listed on Pembina Valley Go?

You can apply on our website. You must provide the following business information: Your first and last name, email address, business name and location. After submitting your application, it will be reviewed and approved before showing up on the website.

I applied for my listing; when will it appear on the website?

We aim to have business listing applications reviewed within 24-48 regular business hours. Upon review, the listing will appear on Pembina Valley Go, or we will contact you with reasons for rejection.

What kind of photos can I not post in business accounts?

No obscene or inappropriate images are permitted.

Can I cancel my listing at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Charges will stop in the next billing cycle. You can cancel annual subscriptions within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund for the remaining balance, minus a one-month fee.
